Step 1

Elementary and Secondary school applicants:
To apply for the 2025 academic year, please submit your application through our online application form here.

Adult Education applicants:
For students applying for Adult Education. please complete the application package here (zipped file) and submit it along with all required documents and application fee to the registrar responsible for your country (see table below).

Step 2

Application and required documents will be reviewed by the International Admissions team. Once approved, payment will be processed, and the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued.
 

Step 3
After receiving the LOA, students must apply for their Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) and Study Permit.
 
Step 4
Once students receive an approved CAQ and Study permit, they must send a copy to the International Programs office. It's essential that you advise the International Programs office if you receive a refusal letter (even if you intend on reapplying). 
 

Step 5

Confirm your arrival details with the International office and attend the registration appointment on the date provided to you.
